i wondering if hardware on brushless motor esc atmel mcu suitable controlling brushed dc motor if mcu re-programmed.
afaik brushed dc motor controlled h-bridge uses 4 mosfets , brushless controller seems use 6 mosfets. @ first glance suggests reprogram mcu use 4 of mosfets , ignore other 2.

these other escs claim use atmel mcus - 1 cannot see type.
if these re-programmed convenient , low-priced source of mcu , h-bridge in small package.

yes, 3 half-h-bridges job of 2 half-h-bridges. atmel escs indeed reprogrammed
