i have strange problem accessing webserver can't make sense of. i've opened port 80 , installed webserver on raspberry. lets ip 10.20.30.40. when enter ip in browser outside network, shows website. when enter ip in browser while connected lan, it's not connecting. when connect phone wifi it's not working, connected 4g shows website.
how can website show on ip 10.20.30.40 both outside of network within lan?
