using live cycle , user completes process of creating pdf form, wants preview , pdf viewer "hangs"

i had adobe acrobat ver. 5 unable uninstall due corrupt files.
then tried install adobe acrobat professional ver 8 . popped error message have version of adobe removed. hence formatted c: drive , installed adobe professional ver 8 . trial version 30 days.
but when tried opening adobe live cycle comes it, message popped saying grace period on . please download e-license. friends earlier had installed adobe professional cd not getting messages .
any ideas solve problem.
