i have created form uses radio buttons labeled 1-10 rate various things. have been trying specify values buttons correspond label.
the "help" tells me should automatically value buttons starting 1 , go increments of 1 high value of 10. doesn't. automatically values buttons starting 0 , going increments of 1 high value of 9.
then tells me if want manually change them, can double-clicking value , typing in value want. works point. can manually change buttons 1-9 value matches label (i.e., values 1-9), however, when attempt enter value of 10 last button, "specify item values" box magically unchecked , buttons reset values of 0-9. oddly enough, let me enter value of 11 button number 10. lets me enter value of 010.
i need these values work use them average scores.
any suggestions out there?
