Problem starting Workspace (ALC-WKS-007-000)

hi,
can't workspace. try login , returns "an error occurred during operation. please try again or contact system administrator assistance. (alc-wks-007-000)"

i managed in once... somehow , whole bunch of other errors appeared. ideas?

more this... in server logs have found i'm getting error alc-wks-005-002: authentication error: problem occured creating default queue user "administrator".
