problem with program on gesture contolled robot using RF tx,rx

hello guys facing few prblems project
first verified entire program sketch think there no problem it

but problems are
1)i unable open source file(.ino)which has program(even if open add file sketch)
2)i unable upload program arduino uno board says board running other program

please me out guys

note:
i have  added virtualwire library program.
i have attached both programs transmitter , receiver
i happy if solution sortout issue

there missing description.

you have verified program, can't unless ide can open .ino file

the usual reasons not being able upload program either ide trying upload wrong serial port or have selected wrong board when compiled program - example compiled mega , trying upload uno.

post exact text of error messages get.
