i trying find way navigate using cell tower data. modem manager give me information country code, network code, location area code, , cell id having problems it. have several questions please take time answer ones know of.
1. not able find valid tower when plug in location on cell tower finder website. because run mini cell tower (booster) out of home?
2. assuming can find data valid, there automated way convert gps coordinates?
3a. there open source mapping program allow me plug gps coordinates in through scripting?
3b. , draw radius on point symbolize inaccuracy google maps when using cellular navigation?
