Indesign CS3 Crash at startup: Procedure Entry Point??

i following error on startup:

the procedure entry point
?getiswraplocationvalid@@yafpbvistandoffdata@@@z not located in
the dynamic link library public.dll

then program loads when try create document or load
one, crashes following:

just guess, sounds public.dll file has been corrupted. has happened me when using test version of script.

i able solve things copying file working system. sure using same version , build.
