Output voltages when Atmega328p powered with 3.3Volts

building own board uses atmega328p avr. whole circuit powered 3.3volts. wondering tx , pwm pin voltages in such case. 3.3volts both tx pin , pwm pins or there internal regulator provides 5volts pins?

3.3v.

the chip not contain voltage booster. headline feature if did (like attiny43, has switched cap voltage booster run off low voltages), , make chip more expensive (note how '43 bloody expensive).

if need 5v output, somewhere need 5v on board (from 5v supply or boost converter - these can had on ebay few bucks, search "dc-dc converter step up"), , you'd need either use level shifter shift 5v, or run chip @ 5v.
