Help! : FDF & XFA Form, CheckBox state lost.

i create pdf form adobe life cycle designer 7.0. form has 1 checkbox , 1 textfield. create fdf set checkbox on state , set text data textfield. works fine. next step, when submit form data xml processed. checkbox state lost while text data remains. if submit http post, checkbox state ok. bug? why not work xml? know how should fix if want work xml data? please helppppp.

could see code use when sending xml ? if uncheck box , re-check it. there no issues either thinking has xml submit button.
