where can find more information on how use signature fields, in particular on how signature element can bound underlying xml.
basically, pdf forms not persistent. xml data pumped through form server, user interacts pdf form, after xml data returned server. it's not clear me how 1 pass users digitial id in xml , rebind pdf form when it's being recreated form server.
there's little can find in xfa spec or online help.

the signature fields within xfa wrapper expose client-side signature functionality available within acrobat. @ moment can provide end-user ability sign forms , if wish persist them, need return these server complete pdf document instead of xml / http post.
there nothing in xfa specs since there not can manipulate through object model. cannot bind these signature objects underlying data set since has no binding properties.
getting client / server signature solution require document security server - allows manipulate signatures on server. sounds need call document security server api after have rendered form in form server.
