RPISoft UART compile error - Raspberry Pi Forums


hello,
use second uart port on pi.
unfortunately can't use usb serial adapter.
found "patch" on github https://github.com/themrleon/rpisoft-uart.
set xubuntu cross compiler. used tutorial: http://sysprogs.com/visualkernel/tutori ... ildkernel/
after configuring kernel, tried add patch in kernel, failed.

tag 1.0 released , pull request accept on master branch, seems new raspberry pi toolchain can't understand of old symbols, hardcoded
