Setup a Time Machine backup - Raspberry Pi Forums

hi all, i'm quite newbie hope not ask asked n-times.

follow guide setup netatalk 3 on debian , have raspberry running afp server , connect in macbook, time machine didn't recognize eligible destination.

need setup else? i'm wrong?

you should post afp config file.
tm should work, although unimpressive performance...
(if formerly had static avahi entry advertise afp server/tm share, try remove these. netatalk should advertise services dynamically give publishing if static entry there.)
