Upload Sketch to Arduino Mega using Uno

good day,
 i want ask if there way upload sketch arduino mega 2560 r3 using uno where
i power mega 12v , burn regulator , have replace , arduino mega sketch work fine, when connect mega usb dose not work power on, there way use uno program mega?
or using ch340 isp usb

yes. on uno, connect reset gnd.
connect rx mega's rx, tx tx.
start ide download, when ide shows "compiled xxx ot 128xxx bytes", press reset on mega.
can easier timing of selecting file:preferences, , selecting verbose outputs.
