i trying combine indexes of several 30-40 pg. stories in indesign cs3 book print; however, once minimize story , try paste index separate blank document, cursor no longer "loaded." seems way can create index @ end of each individual story, paste them document , manually alphabetize them. there method can create index entire book @ 1 time?
