Linear Discriminant Analysis Library

hello!

i trying perform linear discriminant analysis (lda) on data having issues finding arduino-compatible library perform analysis. have 2d data matrix , want manipulate using lda. opposed reinventing wheel, hoping library or set of functions of lda existed me use.

does know of library containing lda or pca (principle component analysis) functions work arduino's ide? if not, direct me in perhaps making library/function perform lda?

i using teensy v3.1 board works fine using arduino's ide.

note: not familiar lda. learning go along project.

lda not hardware dependent find "light" lib , use it.
