SD cards have been bricked by RP 3 - Raspberry Pi Forums

hey,
os: windows 8.1
micro sd card: kingston 16gb class 10 micro sd card (https://goo.gl/eipwuz)
pi model: raspberry pi 3 model b

tired set rpi, seems though sd cards have been bricked , won't let me re-partition or format them.

followed instructions in "instructions-readme.txt" file located in noobs os download folder without issues , placed raspberry pi , booted up. asked os wanted install said install raspbian. after while met error saying "error creating file system mke2fs 1.42.12" (couldn't picture @ time). rp asked me choose os boot off (of there none, blank) shut down , took out micro sd card.

when placed msd rp , tried reboot, gets stuck on "waiting sd card partition" , nothing. tried reformat on computer, booted sdformatter , met 1.17gb drive instead of 16gb :/ (shown here: http://puu.sh/rxfne/c1cb3ed26f.jpg). when try format it says it's write locked.

tried doing following in diskpart.exe , met with: http://puu.sh/rxfuq/d1c35a31a1.png.

i'm super confused! have no idea :'(

a large number (i read somewhere 80%) of sd-cards fake. did buy them online? if official sd association formatter cannot format them, either not sd-cards (i.e "fakes") or damaged.

normal, however, reported available space low (usually lower 1 gb believe, however) in sdformatter since noobs image has fat32 partition small @ beginning of disk , partitions not expanded (untill expand them) use entire card. has been discussed on these forums million times.

sd cards can have write protection switch.

don't have windows, cannot say, looks , sounds me formation of ext4 partition bunked how, , reason card not boot. boot partition not on ext4, on fat32 on patition. has case rpi can read sector, or otherwise not when boot.

try full format sd-card in sdformatter. google programs out there can analyze whether card fake. fake business works 2 g card (or something) , doctor cards firmware lies windows 16 gb when not. if ever try install noobs on such card, pretty happen.
