Help ! Cant install driver for Arduino Uno R3 on Windows 7 64bit

i had been read advice on forum, cant solve problem,so me!

as guildline, followed on this
when had finished install driver. laptop show " unknown device "
 
then tried install driver google asked me to
its replace " unknown device" " com 49" , , showed me that
"the drivers device not installed. (code 28)

a service installation section in inf invalid.

 actually installed driver
pls me

i installed driver on web : http://www.ftdichip.com/drivers/vcp.htm
but didnt work

should turn off firewall before installed or not ?
or laptop s system wrong?
because when connect arduino other lap,its connected properly.

interestingly enough.
i having exact problem. exact same os (win7prosp164bit)
just receive uno couple of days ago, following instructions, , received "a service installation section in inf invalid'  error.

*i installed latest version of arduino v1.6.5r5, hence error.
*i removed driver , attempted v1.5.5, same error.
*i removed , replaced 1.0.5.r2, refuses uninstall itself.

and btw, 1 *not* need internet connectivity java runtime, leaving disallowed network access fine. {though 1 still have question *why* attempting access in first place}

so.
may receive correct driver arduino please?
it rather hard start learning device when 1 can not communicate it,....

"ok, going learn how drive car,.. in, put seat belt on, start engine, depress brake, put transmission in gear, release brake, depress accelerator,..."
