ok so... im not sure in world causes will. when use windows installer ubuntu amazing happens.. internet speed accelerates on 10x normal rate. @ first ok coincidence, uninstalled , tried again. bam! download clocked @ 30 kbs in download manager soared close 400 kbs. idea why happens , anyway can implement in future?
is possible reading wrong.... downloading @ speed? have been boost isp. or have been windows slowing down download downloading other stuff in background or virus?
