i'm hoping can me, apologies if has been asked before, couldn't turn in search.
have pi 0 v.1.3 has usb port briefly working edimax usb wifi dongle, isn't. no issues booting, usb devices of sort no longer recognized. in troubleshooting, checked various pads on of pi associated usb , power (it boots fine), , works except pad 22, supposed d+ usb, has no power. idea have caused , whether can fixed? both 3.3v pins on gpio have power. thanks.

i figured out caused issue, looks wifi dongle pushed pins in usb dongle in, shorting it. can fixed? realize we're talking $5 computer, aren't available live, i'd working, if takes bit of time.
