Herkulex 0101 - Arduino Uno/Leonardo connection problem

hi, have been looking around forums , not find answer.

i have herkulex 0101 servo, detail can seen here:

right now, connection consists of
computer (windows 10) -> arduino uno , arduino leonardo (i have both) -> servo.

however, servo led blinks red before write arduino.
i have downloaded 2 different herkulex libraries , none of works.
arduino software can upload data arduino servo not responding.

herkulex manager not detect servo well.

lastly, read may related baudrate and/or called softserial.
i have mechanical engineer background limited knowledge electronics.

can me?

do use vin pin? power supply of herkulex have separated arduino one.
you have link gnd togheter, gnd.
