i built form starts header & several checkboxes. when clicked, obviously, subforms appear. form emailed.
here's problem: when user checks desired checkboxes , fills in subforms, , emails form out............the recipent recieves form. form blank. recipent has check boxes make filled in subforms appear.
how form same when first user filled out? don't want recipent have click around find out subforms filled out!
