[HOW TO] Connect a RPI to a PC (no keyboard or display) - Raspberry Pi Forums

hey

whoever wants connect boards first time. no access keyboard or display needed. internet if pc connected it.

in 4 simple steps done (less 5 min!)

need:
ethernet cable
putty
and obviously, raspberry pi raspbian on sd card, working computer great help

reason sharing?
got stuck , honestly, don't believe there accessible tutorial online.

if have typical internet set router, it's easier connect pi router , ssh in host name. no need share internet connections or discover/set specific ip addresses. plug in, boot up, , ssh pi@raspberrypi.
