Can't copy the whole content of serial monitor

on win 10 32bit system, either can't copy serial monitor, or can first portion. if same serial message on win 10 64bit system, can copy entire serial monitor content. if have small laptop running win 10 32bit, can give try? don't want report on github unless can multiple people having same issue.

i can imagine won't work, if data generated fast. however:

which version of ide using?
and can provide sample sketch shows problem?

if want capture data use putty.exe (or other real terminal program) has data capture built in.
