No internet access - how to license Acrobat 8 and ALM?

i have secure network on workstations , servers don't have internet access.

how license acrobat 8 or setup alm? understanding alm must connect adobe retrieve licenses? and, acrobat must connect internet (or alm) activation?

i have 65 copies of acrobat in test division , if we're able use alm we'll roll out our entire department (several hundred licensed copies of acrobat) other adobe products.

if machines running acrobat have no internet access , internal license server have no internet access, can disable e-licensing through licensing web site.
