Problems converting any form of document in PDF Generator

hello,

could help. have installed pdf generator 7.0.2 on windows server 2003 standard edition. when put documents in folder, understand, supposed convert document format in out folder. not working @ all. following error file:

failed process job jobs.txt
error code: 11,020
reason: source file submitted not supported version of pdf generator.

the in , out folder set on client machine.

please, help. did miss out?

hello,

i have been able convert ps files pdf. other files won't convert. , file type settings set '*' , meaning file extension. should convert file. great.
