qpac not recognising class file.
i did settings in classpath include class file.
still not working.

are having trouble running in designer, or on server. need update classpath both cases.
for instructions on how tweak classpath in designer, download our sqlplus qpac includes document explains 1 way of doing this.
on server, easiest way drop jar file lib directory, , restart server.
