Acrobat 7 vs Designer 7

hello,

i created first form (survey) in adobe designer 7.0.
there dynamic forms in survey website visitors need
to download acrobat reader 7.0 fill in survey.

now inserted image of acrobat reader in form on
to make link acrobat download page.

i've got 3 questions:

1. how can make link on image website. can't find
anything it. can't imagine such simple feature isn't possible
in designer.

2. think can make forms directly in acrobat professional 7.0.
read if designed in acrobat 7 visitors can use version
of acrobat reader fill in form. when click "make new form" in
acrobat 7 software automatically opens designer. can avoid
in way; can design forms in acrobat prof 7 instead of designer
(without erasing designer of pc of course).

3. correct forms made designer can viewed , filled
in acrobat reader 6 , 7 , not older versions of acrobat
reader? if don't use dynamic items in forms? able
use acrobat reader version fill in designer forms?

i need these answers urgently. many kind help.
