Bluetooth & Anker A7908 Speaker - Raspberry Pi Forums

i purchased raspberry pi 3 alongside anker a7908 bluetooth speaker. when loaded raspbian fresh sd card have, bluetooth pairing pretty straightforward. however, see disconnections speaker without rhyme or reason. assumed due sort of "sleep mode" either pi or speaker itself. thinking fix this, decided explore other bluetooth apps installing few, etc. , trying things out. can imagine, didn't go on well...

tried uninstall installed , start over. have following software installed per pi "add / remove" screen:

1.) bluetooth-5.23-2+rpi2
2.) bluez-5.23-2+rpi2
3.) bluez-firmware-1.2-3+rpi1
4.) libbluetooth3-5.23-2+rpi2
5.) pi-bluetooth-0.1.1
6.) rfkill-0.5-1

(using 4.4.26-v7.)

when try use common bluetooth panel icon connect speaker, indicates should use speaker icon connect speaker. when try that, presented following error:
failed connect device -
gdbus.error.org.bluez.error.failed: no such file or directory. try connect again.
i've screwed here , i'm betting has versions wouldn't know.

i'd have simple connection bluetooth speaker can leave pi alone , speaker continue play (stream) music without interruption.

here appreciated. let me know if can supply more details shine light on this.

in advance.

i have aukey speaker , have same issue.
