Need any sample barcoded form

hi,

i´m new livecycle , adobe forms. i´ve managed develop forms i´m having dificulties develop barcoded form.

i´ve seen "sample_barcoded_demo.pdf". couldn´t open using designer in order see how done. file requested password.

does have sample barcoded form or knows can find samples ?

i wanted see several samples in order understand how work , difference between kind of barcoded forms can exist (different barcod objects)
