i have been teaching myself use adobe designer 7.0 create interactive dynamic form. os windows xp pro, sp1.
i have read through on , on over subject of creating add item , delete button form. have compared sample purchase order form form , cannot find difference, yet. however, add , delete buttons not work , sample purchase order does!
i willing send copy of current form development can me. has simple setting have not run across in reading, @ loss.

make sure form saved dynamic form. other formats not allow add / remove items using static / acro 6 compatability mode.
also make sure structure items use following
+ subform (flow content)
+ subform (position content)
+ fields, etc
and make sure have position content subform set repeat.
