the body of message created email submit button contains following copy:
"the attached file contains data entered form. not form itself.
the recipient of data file should save locally unique name. adobe acrobat professional 7 or later can process data importing blank form or creating spreadsheet several data files. see in adobe acrobat professional 7 more details."
how prevent this, or change default copy?

you can use button ("submit" type) , in "submit url" attribute, key in following:
mailto:yourname@yourdomain.com?subject=your subject goes here&body=body text goes here.
mailto:yourname@yourdomain.com?subject=your subject goes here&body=body text goes here.
