i've been using xoops , drupal, there couple things them aren't working. decided take @ joomla, , noticed few irritating differences:
1. in both xoops , drupal, create content page, , specify filtered html, full html, or php script. possible joomla, or need plugin enable this? want run script, not extend joomla's features.
2. in both xoops , drupal, add new user types, , give permissions different pages (including php scripts) based on these groups. possible in joomla? didn't see related in user manual, , couldn't find looked in user manager.
3. in drupal, specify block or module either appear on listed pages, or not appear on pages. possible in joomla?
4. can modify information requested when user registers?
i'm in shopping mode new cms, , haven't read everything, have looked @ user manual , tutorials, experimented 1.5 beta, , did searches, , couldn't find answers. apologize if asked that's deep in documentation.

1. can add wrapper menu item, put script in there.
2. not default install (slated 1.6), might take @ jacl.
3. can set modules appear @ pages (take @ right of screen when opening module.
4. not default. if want other information community builder might at.
