i setting 1000he gf ubuntu 9.10. going well. major issue if fn-f2 hit disable wireless, system crashes hard. have never seen crash hard since left windows. screen goes black , tiny horizontal line @ upper left can't quite called cursor. no buttons work @ point. hard power off required.
wireless ralink , module rt2860. don't know start. equally interested in getting working or disabling it. problem alt-f2 , fn-f2 similar , upset if goes open program , crashes instead, since getting try linux!!
