Can you send a txt file via Bluetooth?

hi, need send via bt txt file of sd card, find nothing clear it. can send txt file via bluetooth? or no?

it easy enough send contents of file. guess isn't clear, or wasn't me, arduino has no special programming sending data on bluetooth. data sent on serial sent serial monitor. is, after all, sending serial port , happens after immaterial.
