i making bar blind motors , ikea wardrobe doors. avoid younger siblings stealing alcohol me decided make go ceiling when not in use, hence blinds motors.
so have 2 sections, 1 wine , 1 liquor. using blind motors , these motors runs on 230v , have 4 wires, 1 neutral,ground , , down. key thing , down should never connected @ same time. have 230 v running relay box 5 wires, 1 ground , each trigger pin relay. inside relay box have 230v 5v power supply since relay board needs power.
then 2 meters away have other box buttons , an arduino control whole thing. had running nicely using internal pullup 4 switches , using pin d8 d12 control relays.
then 1 day, worst thing happend, power supply arduino out few seconds making arduino reboot. happend since relay board active low alcohol started dissaper ceiling, down when happens , no communication relay board possible have use saw , destroy save alcohol. luckily time wine part burnt 1 relay inch before closed , able save alcohol.(motor , down active @ same time.)
so have ordered new , relay board , now. question how connect it, connect motors open or closed on relay, , kind of resistor should use external pullup/down. , how connect resistor, between 5v , pin on relay board? since active on low?
