ssl web service call problem

hi,

i have form calls web service on start in docready event.

this has been working in 1 of our development environments the web service on plain non secure connection.

however, when try , make same web service call using ssl instead, returned values not populated in form. if run call twice in row, works usual not acceptable solution.

the other web services calls on form work expected. 1 being called during docready event.

has else encountered problem?

hi luke,

i had similar problem , reason ssl certificate on server not valid (without errors or warnings).

you might want first try access service browser , make sure don't security warnings, if security warnings, adobe won't able call service.
