what size memory card suitable iot project.i use image processing though not sure of it.other 2 ir sensors send value server.so scripts related it.

8gb minimum, 16gb recommended. scards cheap (even genuine branded cards) doesn't make sense fuss it.
class , speed, doesn't matter unless you're doing lots of data acquisition or trying stream video. folks can't tell difference between class 4, or class 10.
if have rpi3 it's possible boot usb stick or usb hard drive , forget sdcards ever existed (after first boot sdcard).
