on 11 x 17, 3 column landscape heavy glossy stock, how big (or small) should 2 gutters allow fold tri fold?
i have no margins (at all) , bleed of .125 inch taking graphics right (and into).

gutters matter of personal taste, as anything. make mine twice width of outside margin in cases each panel content "centered" in space. bigger value disguise small error in front-to-back alignment or uneven panel fold though set 3 panels same (typically, panel folds inside needs narrower other two. printers trim edge, adjust fold points, , instruct on dimensions using in folder. z-fold uses equal panels, don't think i've ever seen menu folds way).
that said, i'd use largest margins , gutters can away , still good.
