Submit Form to IIS


i'm new designer merciful here. i'm trying setup series of pdf forms on secure iis server in our dmz forward data internal e-mail address. what's easiest way this?

1)should forms in formcalc or javascript?
2)should run @ client, server, or both?
3)i'd post data either full blown pdf file, guess xml, xdp, or http post ok save user's bandwidth if they're dialup.
4) should make regular button or http button?

iis related
5) should web security if want data post https://ipaddressordomainname/cldata ? want user able post form data , not able go folder , read submitted data or of someon else.

does sound don't know i'm doing?

1) personal choice. prefer javascript on formcalc since there more resources , document available javascript formcalc.

2)i not sure if know asking when question asked. sounds not have livecycle form server. if case, need put form run @ client.

3) question?

4) depends on trying do. if trying submit entired form or xml data server side script, need use http button. regular button allow attach javascript on different event behave way when users interact form.

5)i not remember out of top of head should able change iis setting users can not browser folders , subfolders.
