i've been looking inexpensive gas flow meter doesn't cost arm , leg. flow rate i'm trying measure low; in ml/min range. i've found far either won't measure low, doesn't gas, or it's lab use , costs many hundreds of dollars.
can point me in right direction?

perhaps best sensor such low rates, thermal differential sensor in chip. can find mems or memsic flow sensors low flow rates, can't find buy them or price is. seems run same problem you.
