hung up, gdm problem, when trying update 9.04 9.10. so, ran iso partition installed. gdm problem solved , have 2 9.10; complete evolution on secondary partition. suppose should use partition don't know how point partition during startup. anyway, have been trying "restore" settings. have created backup, original , placing backup on new(est) partition. far good; evolution (newest partition) complains "invalid evolution backup file".
confusing, have tried explain it; can tell me best solution? thank you
