Correct transistor?

hi,

i want control ~150 smd5050 leds (and 50 ws2811) uno.
i got toshiba k3878 transistors not shure if can use them... (there info on sheet)
http://www.toshiba.com/taec/components2/datasheet_sync/201005/dst_2sk3878-tde_en_12100.pdf

what maximum currency these transistors can endure? how 150 leds drain? , voltage can/should open gate?

soory these noob questions :s

thank you!

quote
how 150 leds drain?
150 times as 1 if in parallel.  how 1 drain - didn't tell us.

the 2sk3878 horribly poor performance device , not logic-level, entirely wrong.
you want low on-resistance, logic-level, modern mosfet.

(actually 2sk3878 superb performer @ 750v, at,
but totally wrong low voltage)

its specified 1.3 ohms worst-case @ vgs=10v.  want device more 0.01 ohms at
vgs=4.5v.

what power supply voltage using?  can run leds in series strings?  what
actual leds 5050 smt ones?
