Features and configuration of Arduino Uno CH340G

hi team,

i new arduino, bought basic model ardunio board arduino uno r3 compatible development board atmega328p & ch340g, didn't know features , configurations available in board. can please list out features available in board, asked bluetooth, infrared that. interested arduino, if learned board, buy higher specification wifi support board. kindly me sort out basic things, things have done board. eagerly waiting quick reply.

the arduino uno easiest board start with.
you bought clone on ebay ch340g chip. did install driver ch340g ? ( http://www.wch.cn/download/ch341ser_exe.html ).

can make led blink ? first thing try. example "blink" in arduino ide.

the arduino uno microcontroller without external pheripherals. add leds or sensors or bluetooth.
you add rgb leds it, example neopixels. or temperature sensor , baromic pressure sensors. when have tried few of things, can try connect bluetooth module. however, lot easier use uno testing , experiments, , bluetooth use : https://www.adafruit.com/products/2661
