Connecting the same push button to PI and Arduino - Raspberry Pi Forums

hi,
want execute commands when pressing push button on pi , arduino @ same time.
struggeling how connect push button both devices.
me beginner can connect 3.3v , gnd of either arduino or rasperry pi button.
think won't work if connect 3.3v , gnd of arduino gpio of teh raspberry pi, right?

how establish time synchronity?

find , use double-pole button, such single press simultaneously closes 2 independent circuits? simple effective.

(there smarter ways of solving this, i'm not smart... )
