i'm trying use toimage service in common/convert pdf , i'm getting errors saying input pdf not flattened. so, added transformpdf step before toimage. when write output transformpdf step file system , open reader seems flattened (i.e. no fields static). however, when take output , run through toimage service still exception:
com.adobe.livecycle.convertpdfservice.exception.convertpdfexception: input document not flattened pdf document
anybody have ideas how conversion work?

are invoking operation through api call or using process defined in workbench es?
