i have forms i've setup through designer 7.1 , enabled through acrobat 8. i'm using reader 8 open , fill in forms. fields on master page (i.e., "page ___ of ___" footer) not save, either in reader 7 or 8. can type in info , shows fine in pdf preview pane (nothing seems blocking , appropriately setup within subform). i'm hoping doesn't mean have go through 800+ of forms , redo i've created....
check binding tab fields. may not bound. default, when add field master page, not bound (i.e. default binding "none").
