InDesign CS3 changing image res down to 72ppi

i'm submitting large doc (300+ pages) amazon specifies acrobat 5 (pdf 1.4) file submission. want images 300 or more dpi. doc contains large number of stock photos purchased @ 300ppi, , though size these down in publication, large size 2500 pixels, etc should give me plenty of room. when select 1 of these jpeg photos , in info panel says actual ppi 72x72ppi while effective ppi 801x801. in fact, every image i've checked has actual 72x72, though effective low 450x450. amazon says file formats correct images "range 72 263 dpi".

i'm lost here. somewhere i'm inadvertently setting images 72dpi don't see where. these being placed photoshop cs3. system running windows vista.

never mind... got it. searching , searching inside indesign thing setting these images 72dpi , turns out being exported photoshop @ 72.
