no matter try , in adobe designer 7.0 runtime error...

runtime error!
program: ...\es\adobe\adobe acrobat 7.0\designer 7.0\formdesigner.exe
this application has requested runtime terminate in unusual way. please contact application's support team more information.
then click on ok button , window pops , says:
adobe designer: formdesigner.exe - application error
the instruction @ "0x0178fab7" referenced memory @ "0x02d97014". memory not "written".
click on ok terminate program.
this program not anything, ideas? running windows 2000, servicee pack 4. intel 2.66 ghz 512mb of ram. i've tried running nothing designer , still same error.

sounds can launch program without error, amok given cannot work done without "runtime".
was installed under administrator group profile? have tried re-install product since occurred?
