i need convert pdf allow saving fill-in forms localy don't know how !!!

do need adobe livecycle reader extensions absolutely or there way ?

is realy possible acrobat professionnal , if yes, can tell me "step step" solution.

if can guarantee every person have adobe acrobat, can save form data locally. if want people save form data locally adobe reader, form needs enabled adobe livecycle reader extensions.
